Your dispo brand

This is what your cash buyers see on the deal pages you send them — usually your dispo line, which is often a different name and number than your main business.

Your chatbot's home market ?

The AI assistant that collects buyer criteria mentions your market when it talks to buyers. If this is empty, the bot doesn't know where you operate.

Deal alerts ?

When a buyer taps I want this deal or Interested on a deal page, the alert goes to this email, on top of the buyer card that lands in your Dispo to Close pipeline. If this is empty, a buyer can commit and nobody finds out — so blasts are blocked until it's set.

Buyer front door ?

Every deal page you blast invites new buyers to join your list — the AI assistant then collects what they buy, by text. The signup form works out of the box. The "Text DEALS" shortcut needs a number and the keyword workflow in your GoHighLevel, so it stays off until you turn it on.

Automatic follow-ups

Off unless you turn it on. When it's on, a buyer who got a deal and said nothing gets two more messages, on the same channel they already get your deals on.

• After 1 day — "checking to see if you saw the deal we sent on [address]. Thoughts?"
• After 4 days — "sounds like that wasn't the one. Know anyone who'd want it?"

It stops the moment they reply, commit, ask for more info, or the deal gets marked unavailable. If we can't tell whether they replied, it stays quiet rather than risk texting someone who already answered.

Your all-properties link

One link showing everything you have available right now. It updates itself as you blast new deals and as deals get marked unavailable.

Send it to a buyer who asks what else you've got. It is deliberately not included in your blasts: a buyer who was sent one deal should be looking at that deal, not browsing.

Disclaimer on your deal pages

Off unless you turn it on. When it's on, your notice shows on every deal page a buyer opens, including deals you already sent. It does not go into your text messages.

The wording has to be yours. What a wholesaler must disclose is decided state by state, and it is changing: Missouri's new rule starts 28 August 2026, Kansas has no rule at all. We won't put words in your mouth on that, so write your own or have your attorney give you the line they want used.

Your plan

Unlocked buyers and property data are yours forever — they never re-bill and never count against a future month.

Plans are month to month — cancel anytime via Manage billing. You keep your plan through the month you already paid for, then your account simply rolls back to pay-as-you-go (wallet rate, $1.50/unlock) — nothing you unlocked is ever lost. Included unlocks refresh each month and don't roll over; extra unlocks you buy and wallet dollars never expire. Switching plans applies right away, prorated.

What each action costs

An unlock is the one credit the app runs on. Your plan includes a batch every month at no extra cost, and once you have unlocked a buyer they are yours forever and never re-bill.
